I'm a repeat customer as Steve always replies quickly and fixes the problem. He always messages me on the day with an arrival time, fixes the problem and leaves everything clean and tidy. He also fixed the mains tap which was leaking. Would recommend as he is reliable, helpful and very efficient.

Wouldn’t ask anyone else to deal with our Saniflo. Great communications before the visit, great explanations whilst on site and fixed our macerator with ease. Also dealt with our dripping kitchen tap. Sprayed anti bacterial on all services and very tidy. Willing to go the extra mile.

This is the only person I would go to have my saniflo fixed! This is the second time in two years that I have used him. The problem this time was a result of age, one part had burnt out and another rusted over. Quickly, methodically and cleanly everything was done with the shower room left clean and tidy when finishing. In Covid times it was good to see proper precautions being taken. If I could give more than 5 stars I really would! Fab! Thanks very much! Steve has saved me lots of money as someone more unscrupulous would just say replace it! He was helpful and courteous, I can't fault him!

Steve was absolutely brilliant at fixing my mini saniflo issues earlier on in March. As a landlord I had had two plumbers in through my managing agents to look at it (made a vibrating noise as if it was about to go off when flushed by tenant). Both plumbers wanted to charge me £1000 to supply and replace the toilet. Steve came to my rescue - he knew what the issue was, but kept a spare motor in his van just in case - he was willing to pick up keys from my agents, and enter the flat (with permission from the tenants). He took photos, explained the problem (make up pads!), took the saniflo apart, cleaned it up, put it back together and took a video of it working again - all for about a third of the price that I had been quoted by the traditional plumbers. Steve is by far the best professional I've dealt with - easy to get hold of, responsive, on time, does what he says he will do, completely transparent. Very much recommended.

2nd job I asked Steve to do, which ended up in replacing a saniflo. He was again vary fair in charging, was very efficient with his job, returned the bathroom exactly as it was, and cleaned up everything including using disinfectant spray to wipe everything. Many thanks, Steve.

Panic stricken when found Id misplaced Steve’s contact details until I found an old business card. Much relieved to hear his voice as usual next morning. With clear instructions on information needed From me he was able to order a replacement showerhead for the main bathroom of my let flat, fit it and demonstrate it working efficiently the day after it was received. Bathroom left spotless as usual. While clearing up he flushed the Industrial level bathroom Saniflow, checking nothing wrong then serviced fairly old Saniflow connected to kitchen sink. If the Grohe shower head had not been replaced a false wall would have had to be removed and if the kitchen Saniflow had blocked with grease the damage would require new wooden flooring throughout a long hall plus into an open living room area. Thoughtful care. Can’t beat such excellent work!

I found City Handyman on the internet, so I did not know what to expect. Steve was very efficient. I left a message in the evening and he contacted me the following morning, giving me an appointment for the next day. He remained in contact via text and turned up when he said he would.
He removed a piece of plastic from the Saniflo and cleared everything up. He is honest, polite and friendly.

I'm very pleased with Steve's servicing of my macerator which had stopped working.I was quoted about £700 to replace it by another plumber but Steve fixed it for £168. It pays to use a specialist I think.
I was also impressed with how well he communicated timings and progress via text and pics (I was not present at the property). Recommended and will use again

I am new to macerators so knew nothing at all about them, even though my system was not a Saniflo but Chinese lookalike he fixed my problem. I found him to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable and no question seemed to silly. Will definitely use again.
